About buy steam game from another region

Simply put, no, you can't add a game from a cheaper region (>10% of price difference) to your account.

I think that in order to buy a game from a different region, you need a payment method from that region. So to buy in the Russian store, you need a Russian bank account/credit card with a Russian billing address. I might be wrong though.

Add wallet funds, move, buy, wait at least two weeks, return to your region if you need

oh and see if have another subid for any kind of region lock

usually those games are region locked, like to south america, to SEA or to russia/ukraine (they have a name too, can't remenber)
