In fairness, while it seems his conduct has been poor elsewhere, it looks like only one of his negative feedbacks is actually valid- two seem to be dubious in validity, and two aren't based on actual trading and are a misuse of the feedback system.
Then again, one is enough, scamming is the worst offense [related to the trading/giveaway social net/culture] that there is [and pretty effin irredeemably miserable conduct even when considered from a perspective outside of that].
