Damn, after all this time it's finally happening. I'm not entirely sure about how I feel about this. In one hand, I don't have a PS4 and I don't intend on getting one any time soon. In the other hand, I'm pretty sure they said it was coming to PS4 first, so maybe that means it'll come to PC later.

It would be hard to imagine anything 3rd party staying exclusive these days. Everything's just a timed exclusive, because Sony & MS don't want to shell out for an exclusive without owning it.

I'm with you! Just ignoring all the comments about it being overrated or not as good as X other game. I loved it as well, and even though I hope it's more of an updated engine than a "remake", I'm willing to put aside my doubts and remain excited even if they do admit to some significant changes.
And I <3 the OST as well, be it in original form or played on various instruments or ensembles.

I'm happy it's being remade, especially after that teaser released at the ps3 launch that left people extremely disappointed, the game needed a graphical makeover 'cause it did age quite horribly (cannon like arms with tiiiiny elbows).
I'm not really hyped, I like FF7 but I think it's overrated ^^ Great game? Yes. Masterpiece of the century? Nope.

I don't see the bug deal. It's just a mediocre Final Fantasy. . Still, I admit, not he worst of the series. That distinction would have to go to 8 and 10.

They're actually finally making it?!!?!? Oh wow! I just saw the trailer and yea, I had been hoping for this ever since advent children but I thought it wasn't going to happen. I really don't want to get a PS just for one game though so I hope it comes to PC later on as well ( ohai steam, I herd u like final fantasyzorz).

i just hope SE not botch them with so many DLC and then cancelled it like FF15
just make a COMPLETE remake and then some DLC (if a must)
even for DLC, only for new side story and items is fine
just complete the main game!!
