Help finding an old game-FOUND

I'm not searching this for myself, but someone is searching for this game in a forum, and I'm interested to find out what game it is as well.

from his description: it's supposed to be a pc game, from about end of 90's, start of 00's, more or less. He says it's probably in English.

It's a turn based strategy/rpg, in which you control 4 robots, carrying swords and missiles-one of them is colored blue.

the view is top-down, and there is no walking animation when you move your robots-the robots are represented by squares on the map.

When your robot meets an enemy robot-the fight looks like a standard JRPG turn-based game.

From what he says, it's not a SRW game, even though it does very similar to me, personally.
