I don't think they are, but I might have messed up with them, as it's the first time I'm using sgtools. From what I see, at least some people have entered, but I'll double check that they're working properly. Not getting specific on the details, as long as someone isn't too much of a leech and has done a few public giveaways, they should be able to enter. Still, I'm even going to relax them a bit more, but not too much.

Yes, you're indeed not what I would call a leecher, but mostly you make private / group giveaways. It's not a bad thing, as I understand why people (including me, I'm not free of sin) would do that. However, I feel that the site depends mostly on having public giveaways (even if relatively high level ones) and I want to give a chance to those who keep it alive. I'm sorry if you are unable to enter right now, if I see I'm still being too harsh (by not enough people being able to join) I'll relax the standards even more.

It is not important if i can enter or not, i said it only because i think that you maybe made a mistake/too hard rules as a result of your unexperience with sgtools rules.
If the public GA's allow the basic checks from sgtools, cool. If the site kicks much more of the rulebreakers as they done it the last 2 years, great. If it give other options to hold the autojoiner users, bots and rule breakers away from public GA's, great. If i don't have with each 4th public Ga winner work/problems after a GA, i would be happy. In all this cases i would be happy to make MUCH more public Ga's.
Until then my public GA numbers will not raise much.

Oh and it don't feel as you have anything against me. We don't know each other and i don't personal attacked because i can't enter giveaways or something like that.
They are your giveaways and you have the right to gift them how and to which one(s) you want :o)

I can completely relate with your reasoning, and I don't condemn it. In fact, I hold some of those beliefs myself, so how could I blame you for taking action against the problems?
But without public giveaways, there would be no chance for newcomers who could potentially become great members to want to join and participate more. It's bothersome that it implies having to deal with ungrateful people as a result, but there's some good that comes out of it.

I just checked my stats and it seems my received CV is higher than my sent so might be that, didnt even notice it - guess its time to make some GAs

I'm denied entry as well. Now that I've read this convo I got curious what might be the reason. My real CV sent is higher than my received one and I do mostly public giveaways. Also I guess I don't fall under the leech category. So I'm wondering - which criteria is it that I do not pass? No rulebreakings here of course either.

Regarding the real CV thing, I'm not being overly restrictive and as long as one hasn't won WAY over what they've sent, they would pass. The other would be to have a certain percentage of your giveaways as public.
Aside that, it might be one of the other usual rules: no unactivated wins, no multiple wins, no VAC banned... might remove this last one, honestly. And just make them public, I feel I was worrying too much about it.

Relaxed a bit around the ratio of public giveaways, because while I understand why people would make private ones (as I find myself in that situation pretty often), this site mostly depends on public ones. Probably a bit unfair for me to demand as much as I did, so I lowered it.

So last friday was my birthday. It's hard for me to believe, but I'm now less than a year short from my 30 year-old crisis. I'm hoping it won't be worse than any other birthday crisis I've been having since I started hitting my teens, but who knows. Forever young, I wanna be forever young...
In any case, I've been around here only for a few months, but I kinda like it. I don't know if I'll stay for a long time or not, as there are always way too many factors around life that we don't control, but hopefully it'll be a good time meanwhile. For now, I prepared a train to celebrate, which is something I really like seeing around :D
