Um...I'm not sure number 3's listed properly. I've figured out where on the number system F goes, but if I add 9 zeroes to it and translate it into decimal I get a result WAY outside the bounds of the current best estimate of the universe's age. And if I translate it into decimal and THEN add the zeroes, the result doesn't match your output on that line.
Edit: I was wrong.
