Not even for $0.50. The fact that they took Bug Studios' stupid mobile games and spread them thin between three bundles just goes to show you that Groupees is really grasping for straws these days....

Trading cards can get added in a later time, it all depends on the developer (when they decide to make more money out of the game from those who already have it) but there have been quite a few (not just a few) games that have cards added lately (in the last 30 days).

If anyone doesn't own the Venator Music album from a previous bundle, I'd say the $0.50 is worth paying just for that. It's a very nice album. =) I already own it, but I always buy these $0.50 bundles, so yeah. XD
