Which one?
I had two Blue Heelers in my life and the joy of seeing a few litters of pups. They are one of the best breeds out there. Very intelligent, so keep them occupied or they will get destructive if they are bored.

I don't know how many of you might be able to help me as the Blue Heeler is an Aussie breed. Me and my family are going to get a puppy but are having trouble choosing. We want a friendly dog that's good with kids. Both, from what we read are easy going and good with kids but both make reasonable guard dogs, which my partner wants. Both are the same price as well. Anyone here have any thoughts on these breeds?
