Do not beat yourself up too much, giveaways getting deleted by all kinds of reasons, at least you deleted them before giveaways ended and spared yourself a headache.

It's not a biggie, don't fret too much over it. Mistakes happen.
I can't remember how many GAs a new user can make (3?), but you may have to contact support to free up some slots again.

don't worry I have the problem too I win toybox but the key was restricted and I can't enter again in because I "win" it and I must wait 7 days to mark not received (unless the support changes the key ..) or if the creator delete the giveaway

Don't sweat it. Anyone who makes giveaways enough ends up with a few deleted giveaways. Just means you're human.

No worries. If anything, kudos for being generous, willing to pay attention and adapt, and being upfront about it. You'll still definitely make someone's day with those giveaways, and you cancelling the unrestricted giveaway definitely won't ruin anyone's day since no one can ever enter a giveaway here thinking "I'll win this one for sure--can't wait!", considering the odds. New users start with 3 giveaway slots. You gain a slot for every 3 giveaways you send and are marked as received by the winners and you lose a slot for each giveaway that is marked not received. You also lose a slot for each giveaway you delete which means you probably can't create another giveaway right now. You can see how many giveaways you can make on the top of the new giveaway page. If you can't create a giveaway, you will need to create a support ticket and explain what happened to request for more slots.
