My steam name is SilentVinyl. I'm pretty quiet so and I like silenthill games thats where the Silent comes and Vinyl comes from Vinyl Scratch.

I've always been into computers and the internet (previously BBSes back in the day), and I've always liked ravens.

In the White Wolf universe (the old one like around 2000, before the storylines/settings got all stupid, IMO), wereravens were called Corax, and they were hoarders of information (which is why they made good scouts and spies). The internet has also been called the Information Superhighway, and with good reason.

The matrix, obviously, is basically the internet.

I'd like to think my alter ego is a raven that uses the internet to hoard information. God knows I download too much crap and find myself in the "weird part of YouTube" more often than I'd like. ;) Oh, and then there's the Dark Web...

My first real nickname ist Papierus and it's a cocmbination of german words. Paper (Papier) and Papyrus (selfexplained).

I had some problems in my life that ended up leaving my life in a "dead" state, but I've changed my life and come back from it - so I've used Phoenix after the mythical bird that is reborn from its own ashes.

The 192 is because when I made my reddit account there were 191 other phoenix users already on reddit xD

"Black Baron" was a nick for german tank ace during WW2.First i used it as Black_Baron in World of tanks when i started to play the game in beta.And since then it stuck around but it kind of change it's meaning. Nowdays it has different meaning that it has more with inner me than anything else.I guess it could be the opposite of "knight in shiny armor".The JNA at the end i used because the nickname was taken on SG and that stands for the Clan i was when i played WOT.
