Re-roll party !!!

Well the first winner entered by mistake because he thought it's for "Orcs must die 2", second one the same, and third one, and now for the 4 time I need to request to re-roll xD

I don't blame anyone here I'm just laughing on that xD

BTW: Anyone else had similar story like that ? :)

In 2 cases people read correctly however steam showed them, that they don't own that dlc... but in fact they did :P
I Think there's a little steam glitch that don't show correctly if u own that dlc or not :P

Oh well someone will finally get that dlc's :)

I doubt it, SG may not show it, but if you click the link to steam it shows it properly. Also you can check with right click over the game name and check dlcs on properties...

I was wondering the same thing.. bought Orcs Must Die 2 AllDLC-Pack but thought that the one you are gifting is a new one, because Steam showed that I don't own that.
But a close look at what extras you get from that DLC tells you if you have it or not...

I click the link to steam (from OP giveaway) and it says I have it. So no, steam has no problem.

It's cut from a screenie from the intro of Might and Magic Heroes Kingdoms.
I found the intro that I rip uploaded by a mate. A pitty he has not uploaded the middle and outro videos.
The "new generation" of HOMM (VI + online games) has something good: the art :D

Steamgifts can't check for DLCs so franchise packs and the stuff don't get filtered out.

You could use SG+ and filter them out yourself.

If next winner claims the same, just buy Orks Must Die 2 and give it to them along with the DLC. It is on 75% sale right now, anyway.

I recall someone mentioning how they made a re-roll on a public giveaway and it re-rolled into the exact same person. Must have been really funny. :D

Well they need to check if every reported thing is real thing, I send them screenshots/proofs from email messages or chat with people so they could check it faster :)

Support said that proofs (screenshots/videos) really helps them to resolve tickets faster :) So here's my tip: always send them some kind of the proof :)
