Batman: Arkham city gamepad problem

As the forum for the Batman: Arkham city is kinda dead and i want to play it badly i will seek help here..

Gamepad: Hama Urage

Played Batman: Arkham origin and Aslyum and many other games with gamepad and it worked perfectly. If the controls where messed up i used x360 emulator and that would fix all the problems, but Batman: Arkham city doesn't recognize my gamepad not even with x360 emulator (32bit and 64bit versions).

Any suggestion how to fix this?
