How to get more cards from the Monster minigame?

Can confirm, starting a new game will get you a card drop.

I went all day with no card drops. Like others have said, I just tried joining a new game and got a card instantly. Got up to the first boss, and then got another after beating it.

I can't say for sure, but I was missing my last card of the day yesterday, all the way up to after the game closed, but before the new round started. I got it after trying to resume my game, though, so perhaps that will trigger the third again, if it doesn't come before then.

Okay so it seems this is how it works:

1. Start a new game- 1 card drop
2. Beat the level 10 boss- 1 card drop.

No other boss gives a card.

Why is any of this even important? I read the game/badge page and I still dont understand.

Other than unlocking additional sales and getting a badge, what is the point in playing this game?

If I never play the game but you guys do, will I see the unlocked sales too?

I'm not getting any drops even though it says I have three drops remaining

Can anyone confirm if it also drop cards via the website instead of the steam client? I'm just playing through the client but won't be able to do that in the next days. Does it also drop cards via website the same way? (I know, silly question but, I'd like a confirmation just in case... this is so buggy :/)

I only ever get one card a day, and that's when I start a game, even if I join a friend. Last time, I got to Level 1384.

From my exp so fare,I get 2 cards for every game,it resets every day and new game begins. All I do is join new game every day when it starts,get one card for joining and second cards drops later. I read that they said that 3 cards is max drop,but so far I only got 2 for game/day. U dont need to be active in game for drops,just joining and playing few seconds is enough to earn drops,but u have to join every day,cuz new game starts.

1. day 4 cards 2. day 0 cards now on 3. day - will see... but gg volvo gg

I got like 3, started yesterday.

It's probably like 1 per day max.

Heard that switching to friends server helps

Anyone received more than 6 cards in total ?

How does it work?
My remaining drops number increases but I'm never getting any drops. No matter how many bosses I defeat or how long am I playing the game.

I got one or two by changing games. Either joining a friends game or starting a brand new one.

Anyone have any clue why you can't place buy orders?

So, this is what I've gathered.

I can confirm the following:
1.) Joining a new game.
2.) Joining a friend's game.
3.) Defeating the boss at level 10.
However, from what I've observed - you can only satisfy these requirements once every 24(?) hours, not reset when the game starts a new day.
I was unable to get a card this morning when joining a friend's game, but 6 hours later, joined another friend's game and got a card.

Am I the only one who doesn't think it's worth it? It's a seriously repetitive clicking game that gives a few card drops. I have hundreds of other games I would rather spend my time playing :S

It's definitely Not based on Time you played, because I played 14 hours yesterday, and Today after the 1st 200lvls, I just logged in every hour or so to Fire off my Abilities, and I've gotten roughly 3 cards each day.

How many cards max are people getting?
From what I can tell - The card drops remaining are the actual amount of cards you can get.
Eg. Yesterday it said 3 card drops remaining and i click the link How do I earn card drops,
Cards earned by participating in the Community Event: 3
Then today, both were at 4.

Additionally, I got another 3 from spending $9 each.

Getting 2 a day. 1 for starting, 1 for level 10. Tried joining friends games, restarting, restarting and getting to level 10 etc. and nothing more.

Playing on my alt account too since day 2 so I'm getting 4 a day + I've got 3 from buying stuff.

buy games total 10$ cumulatively.
