Question about giveaways

Another question:
I won a copy of GameXY some time ago and activated it, now I want to give a copy of that game away. Is this allowed? Or is it regifting (because people just see "He won GameXY and he made a giveaway for GameXY")?

If you have it in your library, they will see that and it will be fine.

It's fine to do that. Especially with Fortix. Regifting only applies if you gift the copy of the game you won, not the title.

If you have activated the game, it isn't regifting.

Probably safe as long as you have it activated. You shouldn't have been able to join the give-away if it wasn't activated, and now that it is implies a used product key.

Its fine. Use Fortix as an example. Plenty of people have given it away while trying to win it themselves.
