I need to find two, very old, games

When I was little, I had a Pentium 1 computer with a bunch of games available back in the day. Thing is, they were installed on the computer when I bought it and the files had a bunch of names that were not assigned accordingly.

The first game was an arcade racer, pretty neat for its time, where you had a bunch of rally cars like the Ford Escort, Skoda Felicia, Subaru Impreza ( not sure about this one, though ). It had a few race modes like Time trial, Sprint and Championship. If I recall right, the menu was in two colours, black and bright red. That's about all I can remember about the first game.

The second one was an action genre, I believe. You were controlling an futuristic tank and you had various objectives to fullfil. You could also create a base and different buildings like a Citadel ( you could also control it ), a tank factory, barracks and something that looked like a futuristic jet-plane factory. The main objective of this game was conquering the enemy bases, on a number of levels ( maps ).

So, that's about it. It would be nice if you could help me find them. I will update the details if I can remember more about them.
