I need a favor from one of you... Please :)

So, I made an offer to a guy on CSGO Lounge (a comment on his trade) and he told me to send him a Steam trade offer... The problem is, he blocked for some reason, so I can't send him said offer...

What would be really nice of you would be to add the guy and notify him that he blocked me, which means I can't send him the offer...
