The best way would be to give it as Borderlands 2 Game of the Year or Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel + Season Pass, since it sounds like the key includes all contents of these packages, we just can't approve a new winner request if the winner owns contents of the other title.

Yes, as long as it's included in the key, anything works. What I meant is that the winner could have Pre-Sequel and its Season Pass, and in that case we can't reroll since it's not technically included in the giveaway.

Isn't possible to add a subscription to the SG database even if a dedicated page for that sub doesn't exist on the Steam Store?

I can't actually add anyhing to the DB, app and sub are added automatically, then we can enable or disable them for giveaways.
I don't know how it's implemented exactly, but I think we get Steam store listings only, so no package with a CD Key billing type.

I was thinking about this and I decided I give the game who wins it , I don't care if he will win it because of the DLCs. Most of people don't have all the customize and skin DLCs , so the key will give everything for the winner.

I created a giveaway with the title : Borderlands 2 Game of the Year because there is no option to select Borderlands: The Handsome Collection from the list. This key will add the next games to your steam account :

So what is the proper way to choose a giveaway's title , if there is no an option to select the proper name from the list ?
