Help me with bundles

What if i buy bundle and one of the games in it is allready exists in my library? Will I receive gift of this game or just nothing ? And... Is there any way to convert the bundle key to pack of gifts?

Most bundles give separate keys (but some HiB). And no there's no way to convert them to keys.

Nothing will happen, it will be as if that game wasn't included in the bundle.
No, there is no way to convert keys to gifts.
