Make sure you read the FAQ with attention. Yes, that "level" thing isn't covered yet (keep in mind the fact that it's experimental and might be adjusted or squashed in the future) but cg (the admin) said he would explain how it's calculated soon.

I see all the giveaways wher some are restricted for specific levels. but how do people get to higher levels on steamgifts.com? theres nothing in the FAQ that states anything about it and im just looking to get to a higher level. can anyone help me out? Thanks!!
