I'm Greek and I live in the capital, so it's usually warm. Thing is, I love cold. xD Am I the only one that loves low temperatures? I can hardly feel cold though. :P Is anyone with me? :'(

Well, the poll should have an option for the people that like cold. xD Cold for the win! :B

Winter is just an excuse for Power Metal bands to do epic songs about snow, blizzards, etc. I doesn't actually exists, it's all in your mind .V

I like winter, I hate easter/spring though, but in the winter I can go to my vacation house and drive my snowmobile, sit in the snow and open a cold bottle of good beer/warm cup of coffee and just relax, far away from the stressful city life! Can't think of anything more peaceful than being up in the snowy mountains, sitting on a snowmobile and lighting up a cigg while looking out at the beautiful landscape.

nah, dont think thats even possible, as long as we chase the sun, right? i mean once it gets dark and sun becomes faster than we are, we could just turn around and go back until it shows up again.
easy

I simply can't respond the poll because i like winter and i live in a subtropical state of Brazil, making the summer a true hell on earth because it's a moist, 35ºC(that feels like a 50ºC) sunny as fuck day and you can't cool yourself no matter what(because of the humidity and stuff).
PS.: humidity in here also makes the winter different from drier(?) countries because you can feel that cold in your bones and lungs, and that sucks ass.

Love winter and kind of hate summer. It's hot as hell in here!

Sadly, if you try that in actual real-life practise, you'll find out that it only works when it is just mildly hot outside, because around 40°C (which was a cool period last summer here, when we had a 4-week 45°C heat wave when even the dawn minimum was near 27°C) it barely cools down a room and the ice lasts less than an hour… not even enough time to freeze another pack of bottles.
Saying yes, I had this in 2013's summer. Literally next to me. Wasn't helping too much. :/

I hate winter. It starts in late autumn with a drizzle. Then cold air, strong winds and heaps of snow everywhere. Dirty puddles of melt water in the spring. Oh, what a mess!...

I can't think of a single aspect that summer has going for it that outweighs the nice feeling of a cold room when you're going to bed. Most of the things I like to do are season independent anyway. Even things that people often associate with a certain season (like camping out in the woods).

I'd like it to be over, but in high temperatures I have trouble thinking and can't sleep without sleeping pills. I could always deal with low temperatures just okay. This also sucks because I haven't been on a vacation in 16 years because everyone wants to go to somewhere hot and sunny and not anywhere I'd like to go. :-P

While i don't particularly like the cold(it can get to around -20 to -26 where i live during winter), i hate hot summers a lot more. If summers here were 20-30 degrees i could dig them, but when i get 37 or, like a few years ago, 44 degrees during the summer, trust me, you get to hate it more than you can ever hate winter.

Winter > Summer
It's easier to have a steady room temperature. And the temperature outside is not that bumpy. Also you can counter the cold way easier with extra clothing and turning up the heat.
I consider 15°C, without rain and wind, T-shirt weather. In summer, with a heat wave, we suddenly have over 30°C from previous <=20°C. To counter that, I guess, you've to lie naked in the forest, if it weren't for the bugs that creep into your body orifices. xD
Also a snowy landscape just looks awesome. :3
