You are right. The EJC did make that ruling, therefore if you are in the EU, you are allowed to resell digital software. Have you asked Steam yet to give you a gift and take away that game from your account? If they say no, you can take them to court where they will have to comply. This process could take a good while (I can safely say it will take a lot more than the 7 days allowed under Steamgifts rules to send your gift, so you'll need to get a gift/keys for those giveaways or face a ban). It also could cost a lot of money in legal costs and unfortunately you wont get it back until you have won your court case.

Hello,
i have created 3 Giveaways which has already ended. I thought that i could resell my games which i already player because I had in mind that the European Justice Court ruled that you can sell your "used" software.
As i tried to gift the games i noticed that it is still not possible. So what should i do now? I have no gifts to give, can i take my gifts back or should i delete my account here?
I am really sorry but I really thought that you could sell your used software! :(
