Buy LIMBO for 2,49 eur, trade for Trine which should be really cheap and try to get Half Life somewhere (quite cheap in trading too). You can probably get them all for less then 10 eur.

You can sell used licences. But Steam doesn't sell licences. You own nothing on Steam. Even if you bought boxes, you still own nothing on Steam. You just borrow it from Gabe.

Buy the games for €14,50 (using -75% Trine coupon, LIMBO is still 75% off) or get banned from the site, I think those are your options. :(
Half-life makes up most of the price, perhaps you can trade for it.

Limbo - $2.49 ....buy it.
Trine - Basically free on steamtrades , trade someone a $1 game for it.
Half-Life - The biggest issue here but not monumental. buy it for $10 on steam or eat 1 bad feedback out of 3 (i dont think you get banned for just 1 gift not received)

Also, given that you've got more than 100 games in around 2 years, a mere 3 games shouldn't be problematic.

No offense, but you should have known that you could not sell "used" games. Steam makes it clear that your games are account bound and only what is in your inventory, not your library, can be given away.

You should also have read the FAQ before making giveaways. Personally, I think it is wise to go through the rules or guidelines at any site which involves using money (Steam) or free goods (Steamgifts), regardless of any law. Just for your own security.

But if it is any comfort, you're not the first who did not read the FAQ and did something silly.

Well, thanks for most of the replies. I just wanted to try this site but i really thought that you could sell now used software which are the steamgames for me. So i tried some cheap games to see how it works. I am sorry that i cant gift my games to the winners but i dont have the intention to buy the games just to gift them.

I will see that i or someone delete my account here, that is the right thing to do.

Dude you think some relatively new ruling in EU law would allow you to transfer your games once they are attached to your account? This is just silly, silly logic. FURTHER MORE when the fuck have you not been allowed to sell used software... I'm almost positive there's no ruling on this anywhere in NA, did EU pass a law making it illegal at some point? Licensing maybe, but then this would lead to the subscription argument.
