I wouldn't be surprised if this was made free by mistake and the keys get revoked. This game only came out today and I don't see any news/ twitter post about a giveaway.

They can revoke the keys, but they can't take away the cards, so if you activate the key and farm the cards you get something out of it no matter what happens next.

Every person who got it would like to keep the game, not just some people. Still, if this was a glitch and they decide to revoke the keys that will not matter, it is out of our control.
The only things that we can guarantee at this point are the card drops.

Actually most of the people here are getting free games for +1 and for cards, so yeah, they would be more or less ok if a key for a free game gets revoked after they've got cards (I'm not implying that's you, neither am I saying that there's something wrong with that) Sorry if I've offended you somehow.

In my initial post I was just trying to present our option of getting something out of this even in a worst case scenario.
I get what you are saying and I know that some people care about the game and not about the cards, but if they were to revoke the keys, we wouldn't really have any valid arguments against them as the promotion was not advertised and we didn't pay anything for the keys.

And this isn't only game IGS has accidentally made free. At least 3 other games too (After The End Harvest, Gunnheim, At the Mountains of Madness).

Well, I was able to add game to my game wallet before it got flooded. But anyway I got error that they ran out of keys and will ask developer for more.
Now when I able to load my game wallet game just disappeared from it completely...

Absolutely. If they are legit giveaways by the support, you have a chance to win it. If they shouldn't be given away and you win it, you'll get it THEN they'll go after the creator. Support's long-standing viewpoint is to wait until game is at the person who want it, then go keep the rules :)

So is support going to do something about this free game or what? There are a few people on here that took multiple keys and then made giveaways with them. One guy even as much as a dozen copies or so to farm illegitimate CV/ratio.

No longer works for new users, it works only if you were previously able to get the game into wallet but wasn't able to grab the key because igs was out of stock

EDIT 2: If you added the game to wallet during this promo/bug (it was a mistake at igs end thanks to FateOfOne for investigating & pointing that out) but got out of stock error, keys are restocked and now you can get your steam key.
EDIT 3: Seems like many people got their keys when indiegamestand restocked keys but its out of stock again, so don't give up i will update the thread as soon as news of more stock update is available.
