best I can think of is eBay, but be prepared to pay 5-20% on top of the face value of the card.
also most of the sellers there will probably insist on shipping the card to you instead of giving you the claim code thru e-mail, so you may want to send out some e-mails before buying anything if you're not in the same country and/or don't want to wait on shipping

It's not their fault that they have to insist on shipping. It's ebay's policy that you must ship a physical item otherwise you are not covered with seller protection. I've been burned by this before because I only emailed the codes.
