I think Bandai Namco does check users for Violation of their Service before giving out Keys .
Japanese companies dont try to get bad pr and are pretty strict ,so especially with the Elden ring release currently + Blue Protocol on the horizon .

Same happened to me, it said I wasn't selected and a few hours later I got my key through email. Also I think it's fair for people to post their grievances if they didn't get a key, since it's a way of venting. If it really bothers anyone they can just not open the thread to read the comments.

Fair enough. I only know I got my key later than most, but still on the 22th. I don't think they will send out any more keys now, which is sad for those that didn't get one.

think they killed my account, or something.. even tried restoring pass and that email doesn't come either, nor it shows any error as you usually see when it doesn't recognize your email as a valid account. smh
Guess their store/support are as horrid as their regional prices (?
