Hi guys something strange happened to me. I used my Logitech G500 mouse for quite some time now, near a year I think, without any problem. Somedays ago I decided to upgrade my graphic card Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti drivers with the updated set for it. Before I upgraded I had the 310.70 version that didn't give me any problem. After I installed the 320.00 version my mouse began to work in a strange way. The cursor would block and move at times and block and crash my PC (Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3,8 GHz, Gigabyte Z77X-D3H, 8 GB DDR3 2133 MHz CL9 G-Skill Ares F3, MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1 GB GDDR5 Twin Frozr II factory-OC, PSU Corsair GS 700 watt 80 bronze plus 56 ampere on +12v line, CPU heatsink and fan Noctua NH-D14, Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium OEM, so my PC it's ok)...

I didn't change anything at all, I only rollback-ed to the old driver set v310.70 and wow my mouse problems vanished like dust blowed away by wind.

W T F!! How is this even possibru?? How can a driver compromise the correct working of my Logitech G500 mouse??!! ?_?

I know with programming you can generate every possible error but this is too bizarre. Have you ever had a problem like mine?

I had that exact same problem using v320.00 beta drivers, so I just rolled back the drivers and I stopped having problems. I figured it was some issue due to the fact that they were beta, and just decided to wait for the next release before updating again.

I decided today to not use beta driver anymore in my life. Also to not upgrade something if I don't have problems.

I never had a 386 but my Compaq Deskpro 286N with Intel 80286 processor is just fine, sadly its monitor base is broken but the PC itself is just fine I tested it some time ago and it played The Secret of Monkey Island EGA floppy version just fine. Also my Commodore Amiga 500 is working correctly, I tested it with my original copy of Eye of the Beholder and it play it just fine thanks also to me upgrading its RAM to 1 MB.

Same exact thing happened to me. I rolled back to the 314.22 driver (newest non beta) and it works perfect again.

You should be able to upgrade to that one from 310.70 and be fine.

Thank you for the infos. There are benefits for upgrading to that version like speed up of games and stuff like that for my card if you know?

I have another problem by the way.. The fixed-aspect ratio screen scaling doesn't work. Have you found a solution for that?
