I can't seem to get my login to register on this page. Works fine on the main IG page, but the giveaway link here just keeps prompting me to log in over and over. Anyone else having trouble? Anyone else have any tips here?

Looks like they have cookies configured wrong for the page. Relogged a ton of times and it finally took- only to give an error on the claim itself (that it couldn't find the account).

Not sure why it's only affecting a minority..

Well, CS replied. Said I needed to link my Steam account, and that's why it wasn't working. My Steam account is linked, and they didn't address the login issue. Now the giveaway is gone, so I guess that's that. shrug

That sounds like IG support!
I mean, other than them not locking you out of your account and then deleting it.
Don't worry, maybe they'll give you their special love the inevitable next mishap. :X
