Probably its a dumb question, but the sales that are now will be the same as the ones at the end of it?

Making it less confusing, there wont be changes on the prices of the games on sale until the end of the summer sale right?

Some Publishers will change some prices throughout the sale, Ubisoft for sure have done this last time but flash sales are gone.

Flash sales were scrapped with the introduction of refunds.
The most exciting thing that can happen now is publishers starting sales later, or ending them earlier.

There are no flash sales anymore. But here's the problem: Some publishers may suddenly put some discounts in their games. But their games PROBABLY won't have a discount before that, so expect some of the games without discounts to suddenly get a discount. :P I hope I am correct in this one. I really wouldn't like to buy a game and then suddenly find out that it got cheaper. :P

Actually, discounting it a bit first and then discounting it more later would be a better strategy. If they don't discount it, no-one will buy it during the sale. However, if they discount it a little, they can maybe sell some copies and later discount it more to sell more.
