It's interesting it's GPU requisites on NVIDIA cards.

It's either a mistake or a lie, because there's no such thing as "win10 optimisation over win7", as any software would work the same on any windows if you don't add specific code to make it run worse on specific versions. If that's the case then it's also illegal.

What about the different versions of direct x? That can have an impact on hardware, and because it's a closed box only they know for sure what goes on inside. I'm not saying that it's a real thing, I'm just saying that they could get away with it if they really wanted to.

Argentinian average wage actually surprised me, they usually get the cheapest game prices while that average salary nearly the same as in some east-EU/Balkan country and they are in the same pricing region as Germany/France, etc.

It is ranging from 380 USD (Moldova) to 1900 USD (Slovenia). Difficult to put it anywhere. The average average is a little above the Russian Federation, around 800-ish USD. Romania and Ukraine as the most populous countries are holding it back quite a lot.
But yes, we get the game for almost 78 USD in most of the region.
Right now it is the oil-rich MIddle-Eastern countries getting the best price in terms of salary percentage. Before that, nobody could beat Russia in Steam cheapness, but now Kuwait, the Saudis and such are way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead.

Who told you, that average wage in Russia is 700 USD? Don't trust this source. It's something like 400-500 USD, maybe less.

A ridiculous amount of texture files, mostly uncompressed. For some reason, they really made separate textures for almost anything, even if they are mostly indistinguishable brown textures the player never sees because the chest-high wall they are glued to takes up most of the screen.

Steam price for my country right now (Philippines) is ₱1219.95 (23.36 USD), down from ₱2775.00 (around 53 USD). Weirdly, Microsoft store for Philippines still uses the old ₱2775.00 price. Is this Steam regional pricing, then? For comparison, Age of Empires Definitive Edition (I and II) uses the same price for both storefronts.
