• It depends on the amount of people in the current giveaway. You can see the win percentages for every giveaway with SteamGifts Plus.
• You enter your email into the Account > Email Address tab, and the giver will either send to there or contact you directly, depending on their preference.

When you win you will see a green bar saying you won a giveaway when you come on the site. The percentage you have to win depends on how many people enter (easy example: 100 people entered including you. You have 1% chance). Once you win your contact information is given to the giveaway creator (make sure your e-mail is correct and functional) and they will either e-mail the game to you or add you on steam and give it to you there.

A green banner will tell you that you won a game.
your percent is 100 / number of the partecipants of the giveaway.
the gift will be sent to you after you have won.
