How to reset windows 8 account?

How to reset/close windows 8 account so when you switch the power on. It asks you to create new live account?

(I'm selling my laptop to somebody so yeah)

Is there a factory reset option? I have no idea, Im avoiding Windows 8 like the plague. Maybe this?
