Do you need coffee in the morning to wake up?
I am the unfortunate breed of human that feels sick if I have coffee in the morning :(

It's all good! I prefer tea more often anyhow :)
Maybe a cup of chai or rooibos in the morning? If not then whatever I have lying around, but I like vanilla-y teas that aren't super caffeinated 😋

I don't drink coffee at all, but I don't have a problem waking up anyway.
My radio wakes me weekdays at 04:55 and I get up straight away.
