Editing this since just noticed the giveaway is not over yet. You'll have a notification on the first page when it ends that will lead you and give you the info.

There will be a rather large green bar that will pop up and tell you that (Random Person) has won your giveaway and will give you a link to their steamgifts profile , from there click the Button that says "view steam profile" and then add them [Also worth noting is that steamgifts gives you their email address so you can also mail them the gift if they dont accept your friend request !
