I believe its due to them run out of keys? try contacting them, they will either give u a new key or offer you a different game.

Contact IG support. They've always been extremely friendly and fast when I've had issues on their site (By "fast", I mean within 12 hours, which I consider good for internet support).

They changed their gifting system a week or two ago. It's all fucky now.

Anything that you had created as a gift link, but that hadn't been redeemed, may be stuck/broken.
If you email support with specifics, they might be able to fix it.
Or, they won't understand and will say it looks fine on their end and ask for screenshots.

P.S. Trying to open a gift link from an email will give an error not allowed to access unless the email the gift was sent to matches the email on the IG account you're logged into.
Opening the link while not logged in, and then logging into your account from that page may work. :/

Essentially, the gist of it is this:

• All old IG gift links stopped working. Including redeemed ones.
• You must now go to the bundle's page and press the gift button to send the gift to a specified email.
• IG will send the email with the link and the recipient can open it.
• Unless it was sent to an address that is not the exact same as their IG registrant address or if they do not have an IG account because then the generated gift link will not work, ever.
• You can resend the same gift to any number of emails and the latest link will overwrite all others before.
• And pray you remember which links you sent, because IG does not actually mark sent gifts, only redeemed ones. So if you have a pack with 40 gift copies, never, ever send them out in large chunks, because you will go crazy.
• Oh yes, and this is assuming the gift button works. It uses JavaScript and I was in a nice email chain with their support how the button does nothing in all browsers on certain games, making the buyer unable to access them without support manually fixing the issue. Again, super fun with 40 gift copies.

Conclusion: even though cg finally added IG gift link support after 2+ years of begging, you can forget that system and just generate keys and hope your winners will not try to be smart, like two Russian kids for me right now.

So it seems like people are having different problems on pages that should be identical, which is bizarre. To add to the confusion, I'm not having any problem that I can see. That said, I've always had a bad habit of putting off redeeming bundle keys, often because Steam is so quick to put me in timeout, which is just frustrating at best. Still, this is probably a sign that I need to at least try to catch up a bit, which I would suggest you all do, before whatever IG is doing changes again, it's just too unpredictable now.

yep support only with those bad links. I had this problem recently for 2 of my winners for quite a time. Support sent me keys for this games

I had 3 giveaways with inaccessible IG links. After a week of discussions with IG support I couldn't get a solution so I had to manually search for the links. This is what I did:

1. Search my mailbox for emails with the title "Indie Gala Gift!"
2. Click the link in each email to receive the email again, this time with a password
3. Open the link again and type the password
4. Check if the game I'm looking for is included in that page (luckily I knew the name of the bundle for each link, so that saved some time)
5. If the game was there, gift it to myself, using the email I use for IG (this is very important, as the link is only accessible for users logged in with email specified for the gift)
6. Open the link in the email (titled "Indie Gala Game!") and click Redeem to get the Steam key
7. Replace the IG gift in the GA with the key

This took me at least half an hour and was a complete pain in the rear end. Lesson learned and I'm definitely not going to create any more GAs for the games I only have IG gift links for. If IG doesn't come up with a reasonable solution for this issue I'll avoid buying anything from them in the future.

Huh, I had a problem with an IG gift link just a few days ago, too.
I created a gift link the day I created the givaway and by the time the giveaway ended, IG made the change to the gift links and I couldn't get it to work. No pop up that asks for the recipient email, no error message, no nothing!

I emailed the support and they were just as baffled as I was O.o Took them about a week, but they were able to fix the broken gift link for me in the end. Pheew.

I had this happen with a key on Groupees and they didn't do anything other than tell me to contact the developer. I had two separate records showing the key hadn't been used (unrevealed and unused on Groupees itself, plus my spreadsheet).

I've had that with a GA key which for some reason I forgot to redeem. When I tried to reveal it about 6 months later (no longer), no way to reveal it, even trying several times at weeks intervals.
Pretty sure they "recycle" unrevealed keys if enough time has passed...

Does anyone know about bundles opened by someone else ?
I have 15 bundles that revealed not by me, most of them old bundles (2016)
What should i do now ?
