You might have noticed the new bundle site, Bundle Blitz, which is a rather amateurish looking site. It's been handing out copies of Galactic Hitman, a game that was recently released by ECC games.

Well, it turns out that ECC games, or more specifically ECC games on Steam is in fact Digital Homicide, and the "real" ECC games is less than happy about it. Source

Just out of curiosity I tried to see if I could find the sources for the images on the Bundle Blitz website (to see if they were stolen). The ones on the sides are just generic stock photos. The one further down I can only find on one other website, but I would be surprised if it's not just another stock photo as well, I just can't find where they got it from.

edit
Jim Sterling wrote an article on the subject.

It was requested that I put links to the greenlight pages. Here goes:
Confirmed Digital Homicide:
Costal Carnage

From developers strongly suspected to be digital homicide:
Starship: Nova Strike
Assault on Orion 7 (Shares assets with other digital homicide releases)
E.L.T: The Extra Large testicle

Games that I suspect to be from Digital homicide:
Operation: Vile Strike (Shares assets with other digital homicide releases)
Hover Tank Attack
Grimmehzs Journey

Unknown (no evidence one way or the other)
MAS - Mini attack Submarine
Bombing Run: Heavy Fire

An announcement from the Digital Homicide group appeared in my Steam feed not too long ago about their new website...clicked on it, surprise surprise all those GL games are there...and then I checked Devils Share and Galactic Hitman, they've finally now changed Developer and Publisher to Digital Homicide Studios LLC...

ETA: just checked Attrition: Nuclear Domination, they changed it as well, but they made it such that these 3 games are separate from the others when you click the Developer/Publisher link...
Guess they gave up trying to hide already lol

It will be interesting to see if they intend to keep this up, considering how quickly people figured out what they were doing.

So at this point, Bundle Blitz is more or less confirmed to be DH affiliated, taken into account that their website and Blitz seem to not only have games in common, but also certain graphics (as mentioned by Nathos).

And I wonder if they think they're being clever by having slightly different names (so that you only see a handful of their games by clicking on the developer/publisher), while at the same time trying to protect themselves against criticism for hiding behind other names. (DH is by the way not the only developer that does this, even some major developers/publishers does this. Look at the developer for Thief and Deus Ex: HR).

EA or Ubisoft should hire these guys full time to drag Steam quality down harder than they already do.

There are sadly several other developers that more or less do the exact same thing as DH. The game looks like absolute garbage, but this looks too good to be DH (not saying that it looks good, mind you)

Ah, you're right! Now it's confirmed beyond any reasonable doubt that DH was running Bundle Blitz all along. Now the only question that still remains is: Did DH make all of those games?

There is 9 greenlight games on their sites ...

  1. Assault On Orion 7
  2. M.A.S
  3. Bombing Run
  4. Operation Vile Strike
  5. Grimmehzs Journey
  6. Starship: Novastrike
  7. Extra Large Testical
  8. Hover Tank Attack
  9. Coastal Carnage

And I think DH make all of those games, based on their games lately....
Btw, OP ... u can change the title ... because they never run & hide again. And proud became Digital Homicide.

Robert from DH (who interviewed by Jim Sterling) remind me of Ed Wood (worst director ever) in history in cinema. And maybe Robert want to be a infamous worst game developer ever in history of video game.

And I appreciate that.

You're onto something. I phoned his girlfriend, posing as a telemarketer, and she admitted that her clothes are mysteriously stretched all the time.

Oh, good lord. They do have a way of hilariously "handling" getting found out. They are both blind and dumb.
While at first I thought that this was just the run of the mill inexperienced indie developer with no talent, the Digital Homicide saga has turned into something much more insidious.
They are delusional and worst of all engage in downright fraudulent behavior.
Not only have they now used many company names to get their games onto the store, they have also been so deliberately inconsistent with their company credits that each other game does not show up in searches clicking on the name.
They really are earning the hate they get.

Yeah, someone surely has egg on their face. The funny thing is it essentially amounts to an admission of guilt, most notably with respect to Digital Homicide hiding behind other aliases with the intention of deceiving people. People were already on to them and knew what was going on. It was about as subtle as someone's boot going to work in an ass-kicking factory.
