AVG PC TUNEUP 2011 or 2012:
1.- This program can clean your PC.
2.- Improve the performance of your PC (Desactivate unnecesary services in background of windows, etc...)
3.- And In advanced tool u can improve your internet connection automatically (or manually) with the program. The method is simple, depending of your connectiom, ADSL, DSL+ etc, this program modify the number of parallel tcp connections, timeouts, heuristic, caches etc.. that by default your SSOO (WINDOWS) and your explorer (this program modify firefox and IE only) have static independently of your connection.
This program has more utilities great and it is much usable.
The topic is a little technical and complicated to explain but if it is possible to improve.
The problem is that it is not free program....

Try SQUID Cache or similar caching programs. It's very complicated to configure, but once you get benefit from it you can save lots of bandwidth.

Or upgrade your internet package.

There's no way to speed up your internet, try to get a better ISP.
