I'm guess that is just an alt account used to scam people and remove the link because there is no calling out

People use your brain sometime

1. This is steamGIFTS, not steamTRADES, why are you bringing it up here?
2. This is calling out, you'll get suspended. Don't post people's profiles, usernames like this, report them.
3. Everything on his/her profile should be a very big warning in regards to trading.
4. Report him on the proper site, steamrep I think.

File a report on Steamrep, calling out on here is useless.
