Hey, bribing support is my gimmick!
Seriously, I've gifted to Lina, Bobo, Khalaq, Sleepy, Tempete... Think I've sent stuff to Crazee, Raiden and Jatan, but not certain.

but you've gifted to me because I sent money to your PayPal account, that's not exactly a bribe :3

Could have sworn I also randomly sent a gift around the time I needed to clear out some wallet

How long was the suspension? You could try to guess what it was depending on the duration of the suspension.

I really want context on the original version of this...

Last month I ran a giveaway for a copy of Polyball that required completing a puzzle yourself in order to be eligible to enter. There was one person who somehow magically entered without doing the puzzle so someone leaked the giveaway link to them.
Here's a couple of screenshots showing what I'm talking about:
^^ Notice how there are 11 players in the second part but only 10 people who solved the first, which is impossible unless the link to the 2nd part was leaked by someone. This was the first thing that tipped me off at the time.
Here is the private giveaway in question:

By comparing usernames, one can see that user "Ryusho" somehow entered the giveaway despite not having completed the puzzle (as seen in the screenshots above), indicating that the giveaway link was leaked as well. Examining the time stamps on the entries shows that yours and theirs are a mere 4 minutes apart (one can see this by hovering the mouse over the date), and of all of the entrants in the giveaway you were the only one who had them on their Steam friends list.
So basically leaking private giveaway and/or puzzle links is a rules/guidelines violation. Specifically:
This was also explicitly stated in the puzzle forum thread as well as in the puzzle itself.

I don't mean to sound cheeky or rude in the slightest, with my question.
I was given a short suspension a little less than a month ago for doing something that I can't rightly remember ever doing. I wasn't really bothered by this, but I was very confused, and wrote a support ticket asking what exactly I'd done, so I could know to avoid doing it in the future. I must've just made some mistake that I didn't catch; I can be a little dense sometimes.
Anyways, the support ticket has sat pending for 3 weeks now, and...I'm kind of wondering if anybody will get back to me. How long does this usually take, I was wondering? For those who have contacted staff before.
Thanks! :3
