I was jabbing at the "best answer" in the page you linked as proof.
He/she is claiming "knows" is incorrect because it is plural.
Which makes no sense because verbs do not have singular/plural forms in English.

nath2000wild was agreeing with r3tr3t, and he is right. "Anyone" is singular, so it would be "anyone knows" but it's "anyone does know." (It's easier to see if you recast the question as a statement.)
