Perhaps I'm missing something but I don't see how this goes against the "calling out" rule. The rule specifies another user, and to submit a user report. I don't think SteamGifts handles TF2 reports or that the guy in question is actually a member of SteamGifts (or at least he didn't specify a SG name.) I also don't see any rules about posting links to youtube as long as there are no referrals in the link. What rule did strike 2 break exactly?

srsly ? i do not play much tf2 (only 26 h becouse i prefer cs :D ) but you really suck in game (i know bad day or you do not play hard meybe you like game but no one have much time for good play anyway... ) ... it is not hard to hit some one 2 times if you play 1 vs 1 ... so i think he was better than you ;) + critical server :D

It doesn't look aimbot to me, it's all crit server, you stand still quite enough for him to aim and the crit shots have no damage reduction over the distance, so? :\
Plus you come out always from the right side of the wall and he has the height advantage. Intros and outros are way too long and annoying :o

All shots are crits on that server. The map structure is very basic, so pre-aiming or reacting to your position wouldn't be hard. Did you edit out any stretches of your gameplay?
Also, the needless intro and random sounds/music smothered over everything got a thumbs down. Sorry dude. xP

You're on a 100% crits server, there's sourcemod enabled for people to roll invisibility, and the map's a goddamn idle map. Not to mention that you did the exact same thing every time to the point where the other guy could just sit back and click once you showed up.

I agree with everyone else here. I've played about 2000+ hours of TF2, and I don't think that was aimbot. It looked server related. Are you sure he wasn't a moderator or had special privileges on that server? You sure there wasn't that roll feature on the server? Because it looks like that was the case.
