I have not tried to play it. I have the same issue with the dates. Episode 1 and 3 acquired on Dec 15 2017 and episode 2 on Mar 22 2018. It does show on my activations page that I activated HITMAN Summer Pack today.

To add this DLC:
1. Open the Steam client.
2. [WIN] + [R]
3. Execute this line: steam://install/440930
After that an error shows up, but that is because the client can't install DLCs (it's normal). In the client, go to the game's properties, then DLC, and it should be listed there.

You could also just copy/paste steam://install/440930 (or any steam://install/xxxxxx or steam://run/xxxxx link) into Firefox or any other web browser

Yeah, that's obvious. Above was just the quickest way to do it on Windows. With the Steam client open and its service active, it can capture those type of links almost anywhere. It works even if you use the command prompt, a console or a file explorer. Anywhere where you can type those links and able to execute them, like for example, in the address bar of a web browser or file explorer ;)

That's normal, read the final part of my first post above explaining that. You added the DLC successfully but the Steam client is stupid and tries to install everything added to your account, even DLCs when the base game is not installed (and that's the error you see).
