How long have you been on Steam?
9, that's nice! Go for it, vote 7 - 10, you've earned the bragging right ;D

Truth be told, I'm hoping there'll be someone to take care of my Steam acc after I leave this world. I bet there will still be plenty of unplayed games haha :D

Ouch, losing Skyrim must hurt at least a little bit. What happened to that old account?

Oh, I didn't lose it, I completely forgot that account even existed so I rebought it on my current one on some sale. The account still exists but the email it's registered under is invalid now and I have absolutely no idea what my security question/answer is so didn't even bother trying to reclaim it. After all I only remembered it existed by chance some time after I created this one, when I a friend that was looking me up to add me asked which of the two I was. Turns out I was both xD

Ahh, I see haha :D Truth be told, if I had to remember my security question and the answer to it, I'd be pretty much screwed too :D

And yesterday was the 5th anniversary of the last time you played a game on that account! O.O

I'm glad I'm not the only one looking forward to the steam summer sale. I am soooo pumped!!

Indeed, I'm looking forward to the discounts as well, hopefully we'll manage to find some great deals! :)

...and the rest is history.

Heheh, wasn't aware that HL2 (retail I supose) required Steam. That's over 12 years now though, impressive! :)

The 13 Years badge looks so damn nice! I love purple :)
Well, 9 years to go before I'll be able to feature THAT badge on my profile >_< :D

Yes, but I then already was in full expectation for HL2. ;-)

Happy Steam anniversary!!
Mine is 9 years old. I remember back in the day to have avoided installing steam for the longest time before I finally had to cave in. I was so sold on the 'i don't want that freaking spyware on my PC' bandwagon, and now i'm barely getting any games outside of steam

Exactly! I only installed Steam because a friend of mine talked me into it. He was a huge fan of Killing Floor and he wanted me to play the game with him. I just don't have the heart to say "no" to people :D
And now, I refuse to play almost anything that doesn't come with a Steam key :D

Haha you made me happy that I'm not the only one XD

Thank you very much and congrats to you as well where were my manners in the beginning, I wonder
I can't remember what were my first games on Steam, maybe L4D2 I got for Christmas from Steam itself, but I do remember the first game I bought was one of my fav games of all times - Titan Quest Gold Edition! :)
I also remember the reason I made a Steam account in the first place was because I discovered at one particular moment that Alan Wake was like 1.something EUR only (could've been a sale at the time, I just couldn't know it back then :D ) and I remember telling my mom how I will go to the bank and make it possible to buy stuff from internet because some games are dirt cheap :D
Now I won Alan Wake here :D
Life is funny at times...

where were my manners
Don't worry about it, all's fine ;)
Haha oh yeah, those sweet innocent times when we had no idea games could be bought for cheap from some eshops/platforms. It has blown my mind when I discovered all the wonderful deals and discounts, too :D

🙂
It totally did blew my mind indeed!
Hey, you've also been a tidbit longer on SG too then I have :D

Hah, right! 6 months and 4 days longer, if my poor math is correct :D

Haha, either way, seeing you joined Steam just a few days before I did, I had to check this info as well :D Althought, I wasn't at all that much active on Steam for a pretty good chunk of time in the beginning :D

6,5 years. For about 4 years I had only one game on Steam, Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead. I've played it for over 3000 hours, most of them on the DayZ Mod. Then I bought the GTA complete pack. And now I have almost reached 1k. Maybe I'll delete some of the shovelware after I've hit the milestone.

Almost 1K games, that's a lot! Are you planning to grab something special as your 1000th game? :)

If I had the choice I'd probably take GTA 5, Fallout 4 or Witcher 3, but since my PC isn't even good enough and my funds are kinda limited its probably going to be some bundle game.
And congratulations to your 4 years, forgot to say that in the initial reply. :D

I see :) Maybe you'll grab something neat in the Summer sale that'll get you there ;)
Thank you!

14 years! Very impressive, I think you're the longest-serving member so far!
Didn't know Steam is going to be 14 this year, interesting!

Once upon a time, I hated Steam and their horrible game manager. My views stayed the same for quite a while after I started 6+ years ago, after being given Warlock: Master of the Arcane (which was my only Steam game for QUITE a while.)
My views changed once I upgraded my computer enough that the GM no longer slowed my system to a crawl, and now I'm a total addict. I love love LOVE my games (as always), and sharing my screens is my favorite thing about being a Steam/Valve member. Awesome! XD

Almost forgot, it's been my 4th year on Steam on 31st May! Back then, I owned just two games - Spiral Knights and Killing Floor. Those were the simple times when decidding what to play wasn't a problem :D Look at me now, working hard to get my ever-growing backlog under some sort of control.
Anyway, I know you're here for this: Laser Lasso Ball
It's a fairly simple Jigidi, I didn't feel like creating a SGTools filter but I still wanted to make your day less pleasant so I went for a puzzle ;D
The game's not much, but I gotta save all the money for the Summer Sale.
Feel free to vote in the poll btw, I'm curious ;)
