Need help with Assassins Creed Revelations, i know :)

Hello guys, maybe i am a bit late to play assassins creed revelations but i need help and maybe someone knows how to fix it.

I played until sequel 3 and after checking my DNA i wanted to replay one of the first missions to get 100%.
After doing the mission the game crashed and now i am stuck in it. i cant go back to the normal save.
I can replay other mission i already played but after ending them i get back to this one place.
Also the place doesnt load up properly and the ground is not there....
If someone knows what to do i would appreciate it.

Did you try to check the game files (both Steam and Uplay have a tool to do it) ? It won't help if your savegame is corrupted, but if it comes from game files, it may help. I'm assuming it is a permanent error (you already rebooted your PC and the level still doesn't load properly).

i checked the game files and it made it worse. there was a bug where you have to delete a file to work properly now it is agai there. but other than that nothing changed. i will delete the file again and contact support.

Contact the ubisoft support. I got the same error with Unity, and the support guy fixes it for me
