But, yea, Steam support takes a long ass time. Submit another ticket if you're impatient, and you can always google around and see if anyone else has the same problem in the meantime. Maybe there's a fix for it.

Try right clicking on the game in your library and hit "properties". Then go to "local files" and finally choose "verify integrity of game cache".

What error exactly? Gonna have to be a bit more elaborate about that. Screenshots of what you're seeing helps us help you as well.

It just completely freezes upon startup and when I try to exit it says Floating Point Overflow over and over again. I have the same freezing problem in Super Crate Box as well, but every other game I have runs perfectly.
