Well this for this year all i wanted for my birthday was bf3 so me and a friend could play together for this would be the first both of us would ever be online in a directx11 fps game it would be great to get it even has a belated birthday gift and it would be the first Jamaican that i know who i could play online with surely it would be kind of you ,it hard to get in this location .

Honestly I just wanna get BF3 because I went to get the final piece for my pc upgrade which was a video card, and when I installed it, my motherboard fried (luckily it was still under warranty). I had to wait for motherboard to be sent out and get replaced, when it finally came in it worked out beautifully and I'd just like a modern game to test on my new pc upgrades. I was forced to get Origin when I got Mass Effect 3 so that's one reason. I just built myself a new computer 2 months ago so I got all the power needed to enjoy BF3 to the fullest. I didn't play FPs games for a while since I was away (out of the country) and limited to my laptop. Since I got back I got into Tribes Ascend but I'm getting tired of it and I miss the good old days where I played RTCW and Enemy Territory.

Also I won nothing in 1286 giveaways, sorry I'm not counting Tryst Beta which was lame and I don't actually have anymore (25% to win and it ends out being crap and for a limited time.. what a win). Would be nice for a change to get a game. ;)

I would like it because i hate all the hackers I found on mw3. I have bfbc2 and it is great but nobody plays near me. All the servers have really high pings. All those who haven't got it already should get the free battlefield 1942 from the 10 years celebration.

Lately, I've been getting bored with... most war games.
CoD is just plain annoying, and despite most people's dislikes for how EA runs, their games are still good, and Battlefield 3 was never an exception.
I have been looking around like crazy for a job, and when I heard that the game was half off on Origin, I was saddened by the impossibility of me purchasing the game there, especially since many of my friends own the game, and like to throw it in my face.
It's definitely something I believe that I could easily get into, and enjoy, but alas, I kinda need the game first, don't I?
And then with no rule 3, however will I prove my want to play the game as badly, as the fact that I tend to be left out of the fun, and... well... yanno.
I mean, not even the hackers in Call of Duty games make them fun anymore.
Plus, I'd love to actually try out the real specs on my computer, but not with something as computer killing as GTA IV :v
So iunno.
I prolly won't win it, which will make me saddened due to my want to play the game, but once I finally get a job (Which might still take a while), between dog meds and school stuff, I suppose the first thing for myself could be BF3.
...
Which might take an even longer while.
