Sure, Just Cause 2 always was my favorite game, and I have played many hours. But best game? I wouldn't know.

Maybe perhaps Tomb Raider 2013, Skyrim, or Civilization V.

Off topic: learn some proper English, please. The correct enunciation is "you HAVE ever seen". "Seen" is a past participle and, on it's own, can only function as an adjective. To form the present perfect tense you need to have an auxiliary verb.
