Here some infos that might be interesting.
To get level 1 you have to giveaway at least one game.
If you give away at least 1 game you have a better chance to win games, because most people here are giving away their games, to users with lvl one or higher.
To get lvl 2 you have to giveaway games with a total CV-Value of $25.00. The CV-Value IS NOT the value of the game shown in the steam store.
Well, at least not if you give away previously bundled games. Bundled games will give you only 15% of the value shown in steam store.
To check the CV-Value of the games you have given away, you can use this site here:

Well im still going but feel a slow down coming on.
It been a mad couple of months from when i google 'get free steam games' and ended up here to try get some free games with no intention of giving any away. LOL
Well it has been fun buying and giving away some 700 (100+ @ indiegala) games here.
My Steam account since has gone from around 30 games to 1,044 Unreal, now just need some time to play them :-D

Don't forget to look for those niche ratio-based groups, you should pass their requirements quite easily.
If you feel like applying for membership, you could have better chances to leech win great games.
There's even a group that could help you "assassinate your backlog", click here for more details.
Also, you could consider visiting the forum frequently, it's full of nice people (who might be addicts casual collectors), giveaway trains, birthday/cakeday celebrations, deals, a bit of drama (which you could just ignore), and a few shitposts every once in a while (like on every respectable forum).

You're back-patting yourself for trading within a very small group. Those numbers are irrelevant to all but those in that group.
I'm sure your group appreciates you, but it certainly doesn't look like "a passion for gifting" to me.

We have different valued Trains for Giveaways & share back what we win here.
We have a $1 Train upto a $30 Train plus a $40 & $50 Train.
We also have several NON-Bundled Trains, VR Trains & Quality Giveaway Trains.
You only need to Gift to the Monthly Train & Gift back to the other Trains you Win from.
There is the Mystery Train for any Giveaways you wish to put up for WL & other Groups aswell.
