How do i check winners games

Have a giveaway that just ended but seem for some reason people with the base game and dlcs can enter for the game giveaway somehow how do i go about checking if the user if he has that game already

Don't need to be friends as for joining Steamgift your profil needs to be public =)
Edit My bad you only need to make it public ones a week minimum to sync your acount

For most DLCs you need to be friends.

Look at their steam profile.
If it's private ask them to make it public or to add you as a friend.

step 1 go with carriewhite's route, check their steam profile for base game, if they don't even have that then safe to gift... if they did have base game then proceed to step 2
step 2 go with madumius's route, add them as a friend to make sure they don't already have all of the DLC or majority or whatever your rules were for joining in those instances (site default is 50% of pkg, unless gifter specifies differently)
