People marking Not received

idk, you tried to ask them? some ppl may not realize you send them the game or that they can see the key on won page.

If you let support know, they may fix it for you if you show proof you sent keys/gifts.

Have you checked if the winners are in a region locked area?

I feel like im a seller on ebay and whatever i do, theres always someone thats gonna hate and mark a negative feedback even if you deliver the goods in person the same day to them, and yet as a gifter I have no recourse and the recipient is right lol

Just stop creating giveaways without minimum level. There is a lot scums here registered just for free stuff, so it's safer to give your games for people who prove they goodwill by creating their own GA's. At least level 1, and all will be fine.

maybe you can check if they redeemed the game?

let say, if they don't redeem it on 7 days it can be considered as breaching the rule of this site.
Maybe you can report this,. if he redeemed yet he doesn't mark it as received then he lied.

So I think it is a win-win solution, he might get banned and you lost your CV, considering you don't use a used key.
Unless he doesn't want to get banned he should mark it as received otherwise he has the right to complain in case if it is a used key.

Just use level sytem in order to eliminate this situation. Lvl 3+ is best group of people

Honestly I'm a bit surprised you only encountered 2 people like that when most of your giveaways are available to everyone :o I had issues with my second giveaway lol

There won't be issues with your account for someone marking as Not Received for the reason you explained, however there can be issues with your account by pointing out users in the forum, which is indirectly done here.

Please be patient with support and we will resolve this eventually. I'll be closing the thread.
