I wonder if there is a way to see the full lists of number of users per country. Since they introduced Statistics you can only see the top 25 countries.

I want to contribute to the steamgifts community but all of the games I try to buy as gifts are region locked to UAE and Saudi Arabia (I live in UAE) I know this is because the games in UAE are cheaper ( trading zone or something, didn't pay attention :D ) So, how can I actually buy something to give back? or do I just make a region locked giveaway? I doubt there are a lot of people here who live in the mentioned countries.
